Quant programmers (the finance programmers on wall street). If you know the finance, and know applied math (not the math we are all use to, it is completly different. If you do not know the differenece, you do not know applied math) then you can max out around $400K JUST PROGRAMMING (and figuring out the math). Of course the hours are long and the pressure is high, but it pays off in the long run.
Project Managers do really well also, they are usually more business savvy, but also need technical experience.
