You usually want to call and set up an appointment - treat it like you would a "real" interview. If you don't impress them, they won't send you to their clients.

If you do office work, they will probably have you do some testing. (typing etc) Ask in advance - it can take a few hours to do all of this.

it's a temp agency that will help you find a job around your area. usually you will have to set an appointment with them and temp agencies will usually test you on your skills to see what you're good at and what you're not good at and find a job that best fits you.
