Have I been "convicted" of a crime?

Hi, about 10 years ago i was arrested for burglary. I was under 18 at the time. I was never fingerprinted and i never went before a judge. I had a meeting with a counselor who decided that i should do community service and pay restitution. Does that mean that i am convicted in the "employment application" sense?

Juvenile records are sealed so even if you were convicted, you do not have reveal that on a job application.

It is a dead issue. Don't bring it up to anyone. Do you mean you have not worked for the ten years beyond your conviction? Your records are probably sealed and I would not list any of this on my applications. Mum is the word.
