I work in the Security Industry, The New SIA licence I need to work from 1st November 2007 in scotland is being held up by my company, My employment is being reconstructed, I am not being made redundant, but being made to take a 拢3000 - 拢5000 pay degress in my yearly wages. go to your local libary or pick up a copy of an employees hand book in your local job centre, thats where I got mine from I then e-mailed the company to request an up-dated version. failing that just try and get some information from a solicitor. |
