Employment law.. Working alone.?

Can anyone tell me if im breaking any laws by making my cook work alone in my pub kitchen. I was lead to belive that as long as there were not alone in the building this was fine?? Any answers???

You may not find answers such as 'check state labor laws' of great assistance, especially as you're asking about the UK (how many pubs are their in the US?)

The UK answer is that you are not breaking any employment law by permitting your cook to work alone. Who's suggested otherwise?.

Depends on the state laws.

you're right, she doesn't have to be accompanied

contact the state labor relations board; each state has a different code.

no your not breaking any laws in UK that is some cooks prefer it that way

no it is fine for the cook to work alone
