Who knows about the Employment Insurance in Canada? |
I wanted to ask an important question , after i finish waiting for the five week period , do i get paid by them for all those weeks? Yes they do back date you from the date you first applied.And that is if you qualified for U.I.If you're unemployed through lay-offs,I think it is 6 weeks.If you quit the job,then you could be denied benefits.Hope this helped a bit.GOOD LUCK |
