Do you support the "gay only" version of the Employment Non Discrimination Act?


proposed by Barney Frank, which fails to include gender identity in the legislation.

Is it better to pass something, even if it does throw one group of people under the bus? Are they really going to come back for the trans community?

Whats the fear about in the first place of an all inclusive bill?

I'm not gay so I don't care about the bill. I'm still working on getting a pot hole fixed in my street.

I really wonder who is that worried about trans? Hooters does not mind if they are not natural... Maybe Senator Craig?

im aginst it its not right if they try to choose one group of people to exclude from the act. i believe that discrimination isnt right at all anyone who is discriminated against should have the same rights. i dont understand how anyone can really think about passing a bill like this knowing that it should help everyone and it doesnt.i think its hypocritical
