Racial discrimination & constructive dismissal? |
I am taling my ex employer to the employment tribunal for constructive dismissal, racial discrimination and indirect discrimination, has anyone been to the ET and had a succssful outcome I've been to the ET hundreds of times (in a professional capacity). Some I've won, some I've lost. So what? It does not make your case a winner or loser. Give us more information please. I have been to many employment tribunals......and my experience is that it all comes down to how the claimant and defendent come over to the bench ('personality' wise) Yes I have, you should sit in on some cases similar to yours at the ET to see what goes on during the Tribunal. |
