Racial discrimination & constructive dismissal?

I am taling my ex employer to the employment tribunal for constructive dismissal, racial discrimination and indirect discrimination, has anyone been to the ET and had a succssful outcome

I've been to the ET hundreds of times (in a professional capacity). Some I've won, some I've lost. So what? It does not make your case a winner or loser.

IF you have a viable claim for discrimination, damages are uncapped (in theory).
Personally, I'd not recommend you taking that sort of case all the way to a tribunal without some legal advice as to the merits or de-merits of your case.
The sums you spend on legal advice will be modest if the advice means you (i) get more damages or (ii) save you time from arguing hopeless points.

Give us more information please.

I have been to many employment tribunals......and my experience is that it all comes down to how the claimant and defendent come over to the bench ('personality' wise)

I often see the innocent lose even with the most consistent story and supporting evidence

My suggestion to you is no matter what you believe to be correct....You walk in that court TO full of confidence you have lost your case

Yes I have, you should sit in on some cases similar to yours at the ET to see what goes on during the Tribunal.
Good Luck
