Discrimination against those with 'conditions'.?

I'm wondering - is there still much discrimination against people with conditions (such as abnormal blood conditions; and chronic psychological conditions etc.)?

How do such sufferers overcome discrimination, or find success (in employment etc.)?

I don't know about blood conditions. I think people are scared of people with serious mental illnesses, or they think they have their condition because of their character flaws. It's really tough for mentally ill people because I think we just know so little about how the brain works and what's going on in the head next door.

Here is a website that has tons of information to help those with these "conditions" you have mentioned.

As far as discrimination -- I have found discrimination with doctors, especially when dealing with psychological disorders as well as chronic conditions (IBS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, etc.), they do not seem to treat them as real sicknesses!
