Why people always talk about racial discrimination but never see that Social discrimination is also a problem?

Some people are not good socially. We are not good communicators, we try but it's reallly hard and nomatter how much we study from books or therapy, we still suck.

I suck pretty badly, i'm 27 and i've been shy and quiet all mylife but at the same time i have tried change and i have tried to learn to speak better, but it just doesn't stick in my mind, i keep making mistakes, don't have enough vocab, and i'm not very vibrant ..dont' use big words and whaterver. i'm just simple.

So for that reason, i get discriminated by Employment offices, employers where i interview, just about any store or place where i purchase stuff, in phone conversations, ,,,
by foreigners coming to USA who say that just cause i' don't speak like Americans that i'm not american and they don't want to be friends or talk to me. White people see that i don't sound like american because i'm quiet and latino, so they immediately take me as uneducated foreigner.

i find it as rude as racial discrimination

Stop worrying about using big words. As they say, "Never use a big word where a diminutive one will suffice."

Stop thinking and worrying so much about what others think of you. Just work on being kind and helping others, and focus on how THEY feel instead of how YOU feel. This is the best way I've found to combat shyness.

They have one track minds. Don't make them hurt them selfs or pop a vesel in their brains, take it slow.

It could be disability discrimination if your social issues are due to a disability, like Asperger's Syndrome. Also, if the discrimination is based on being Latino, it could be national origin discrimination,.
