Positive discrimination is probably wrong?

well what this really is is giving them all the jobs. forget experience - if you are non white you will get the job. how can this be right?
just today i saw this man in tesco with his big shopping trolly full of food. You could see what type he was: the gold tooth / heavy fragrance brigade. But this one was dressed up in a business suit.
He did not look right in a business suit. he looked like he was up to no good.
There I was with my boy, skimping and picking what I could afford to buy - and this one in his fancy suit with his fancy gold chains and teeth had his full shopping trolly.
I told my boy he probably got his office job from some affirmative action program. I think its wrong that we are denied employment while they seem to get what they want.
what do you think friends?

If you envy someone just because their shopping cart is full and you can't afford to fill yours, you have bigger problems than worrying about how he got his job...

you should be worrying about how to get YOURSELF a better one, so that you can fill your cart for YOUR kid...

Affirmative action is racist but you can't assume that's what this guy's problem was. We live in a racist society and you'll have to deal with it. People are using the government to get their way all of the time and you have to figure out a way to survive. I would recommend you move to Wyoming.

This is not positive discrimination, this is plain old discrimination. Stop worrying about what other people are doing. So what if that guy has more food than you. What you need to be doing is gearing your energy toward how you can be a better provider for your family. You're just wasting your time when you can be getting creative about your own life and problems. Why worry about someone elses.

try to don't see the problem like that and to learn your kid the same...he will do in the futur what he saw at you....any discrimination is bad but we could't do anithing ... these days exist with legal acts people who are natzi comunist with verry bad ideology but they don't heart others they wears civilise.... you have to ignore them and to let your son to understand that only with hard work and passion -sawn at you because you are the first model for him-could buy anything he wants and special .... he will make you his methor because if you show his how to do better and to became bether than ...gold men.... he will be much closer to you and listen to your advice and aply when you never think....ignore what hearts you...
