My employer wants me to take a lower salary, based on incentives for increased revenue. How to set this up? |
What's the best way to structure a contract for employment in this down construction market? How should I tie salary to this? What percentage of future revenue is customary? It depends on what type of construction you are doing, home construction is scary right now and I would stick with a base. its a challenge, can you live upto it? |
