Does owner aka CEO and President of company need employment application? |
I am in quality assurance for the company. I am auditing files. Even though they are the owners, they are active employees on payroll and must have the same documents as everyone. We are in health care and adopted a P&P which states this is to be nondiscriminatory .... If they refuse to supply applications for their personnel files, then this would be against the P&P and be some form of discrimination against all current employees. Do they need to have one on file?? Don't be silly. If they're the owners, they decide what the company policy is. |
