Employment agreement statement 2?

The following is part of an employment agreement. can anybody tell me what it means in English?

"Insofar as the benefits of any provision in this agreement is expressed to extend to the Group or any Group Company the Company contracts as trustee for any other Group Company and (without prejudice to the Company鈥檚 right to enforce any such provision both for itself and any other Group Company) any such other Group Company may enforce the same against the Executive. The Executive shall at any time (whether before or after the Termination Date) upon written request execute under seal directly with any other Group Company a deed in its favor provided that the same does not contain restrictions or other provisions which are more restrictive or onerous than those contained in this agreement."

"Insofar as the benefits of any provision in this agreement is expressed to the Group..."

This means that some provisions of the agreement also apply (extend to) to the Group (not just the employer) and they also apply to any Group Company, or trustee.

This Group, or Group Company, or trustee is allowed to enforce some of the provisions of the agreement against the Executive (the employee). The Group is allowed to enforce provisions for themselves. The Group may also enforce the contract for the Group Company, or trustee. It means whenever they want to, they are allowed to insist the Executive follow certain provisions. It might mean they are allowed to sue the Executive if the provisions are not being followed.

"The Executive shall at any time (whether before or after the termination Date) upon written request execute under seal directly with any other Group Company a deed in it's favor..."

"Executing a deed" has to do with signing over title to some property. This is saying that the Executive is required to sign over ownership of some property upon written request, giving ownership of the property to the Group. The restrictions on the deed must not be any more restrictive than the provisions mentioned in the agreement. This means the deed to the property must allow the Group the same rights to the property as those outlined in the agreement.

Inasmuch as heretofore the aforementioned Goobledegook (ref. subsection C) attaches as its intent to obfuscate and obliterate the intentionality of the English language, its subsets, assigns and cohorts, all assertions of "meaning" (Exhibit A) and "logic" are hereunder rendered null and void.

Failure to recompensate a duly appointed Attorney (unpredjudicial whereunder performance, competence or undue eptitude) as Trustee and Agent of said aforementioned "Executive" (hereafter referred to as "Victim") within the provisions of Article 6.i.eee.O.n.O [Ref: Fair and Complete Percentile Extortion: The Case For Mandatory Attorney Compensation in Perpetua) may result in substantial residual fees, taxes, levies, fines, incarcerations, complaints, and sundry civil liabilities.

Here the contract is talking about the Group Company, if by anyway the group company is affected by your act then the company can take legal action against you to the extent of the interest in the Main company. Read the restrictions very well and perform acts within those limits in order to avoid any legal course.
