Does conversation in email/msn/skype considered as legal agreement in employment? |
does conversation in email/msn/skype considered as legal agreement between an employer to employee? Eg: employer promise to pay comisen to employee (in email/msn/or other electronic messenger) but comisen was not stated in the confirmation letter / appointment letter. conversation dont get printed and signed, contracts do...... Technically, it's not a legally binding contract. If you went to court and showed the email/msn/skype to them, it wouldn't hold up. You need a legal document tender to be signed in order for it to be iron clad. Sorry. If its not in a signed contract its not binding. |
