How much can I anticipate receiving from a employment separation agreement? |
I filed legitimate sexual harassment allegations against a fellow employee in April. Because there were no witnesses, HR deemed it inconclusive. My work life has been h*ll since filing the claim. My supervisors have increased surveillance on my work, denied my attendance at sales meetings, and have created a hostile working environment. Since bringing this to HR's attention, my brand has decided to offer a separation agreement. I would agree to the terms, if they would offer a proper severance. No, I'm not going to sue my company, I would like to be employed again in my life. How much money can I anticipate being offered? My co was going under and we all got about 15% out annual salary. Then the rest went to the original investors. It is not how much it is WHEN!!! |
