Would an employment agency pay a person/company commission for recruiting employees for them? |
Would an employment agency pay a person/company commission for recruiting employees for them? I dunno bout your country/place..here in INDIA the client(person/company) pays the commision !! You would have to meet with them to see if they would be interested in setting up an agreement. Often times employment agencies have positions to fill with no qualified candidates. It would be better for them to make a successful placement and receive commission themselves AND pay someone else like you than receive none. It all depends on how you approach them and what is agreed upon. What do you currently do, are you in that industry? |
