How much time before making a call to an Employment Agency?

After you have filled their papers and are on the pending list.
How many days after that?
should i call them?

I start calling after a week.

When you call get the person name and write it down and the date and time your called. when you call back start asking for the person by name and tell them the last time (date is usually sufficient) you called.

I find I get better results if I remind people of our last conversation.
