Any1 know any employment agencies in melbourne that are job-seekers oriented? |
hello everyone .. I'm from Melbourne and my answer is nope, hence I work from home now as an independent contractor and couldn't be happier. I've had 20 years of dealing with their crap and hearing a million stories from dissatisfied job seekers. Most of them don't care, don't know what they're doing and are full of you know what. I would try and contact employers direct. Most large employers have internal HR departments. I don't see why they waste their time paying out big commissions to agencies when they can employ direct. |
