Where can I find out information on a company's employee turnover?

Even better, can you tell me about Lillibridge Healthcare?

I wish that I had the same information BEFORE my last job!
Unfortunately, the only way is by doing what you are doing, ask around. I also noticed on some job web sites, like www.indeed.com, There is a section for comments on the jobs that are listed. Anyone can write a comment. You will find the more negative ones there. People that are happy with their jobs are not looking for a new one!
Turn over is a good thing to look into.

That's confidential information. If you are going to be interviewed by this company you can ask if it is for a new position or you are replacing a person who has moved up or resigned. If you know someone from that company he would be the best source of information.

Peace and blessings!
