How much money should a company budget for computer training. We're a small office with six people, but whenever we have turnover, new people don't understand how to enter data into our software system. I know others have this problem, too. Should we have a budget? How much should it be? Should it be a percent or based on the number of employees? Please help. Budget about 5% per employee.
