Are companies legally obliged to pay for an employee's training in the unfortunate event that the employee is being made redundant? yes, if you are already in training, or the goverment may pay for it. No D'you mean pay for retraining so you can look for another job? In a word, no. No but you are allowed "reasonable time off" to look for another job. |
