Salon and spa employees-salary? |
this is in no way a personal question. i was wondering because i plan to own a spa someday with treatments including: mani/pedi, hair styling, massages, waxing, etc. if you do any of these things for a living could you please let me know which one and how much you get paid per month? Why not set them up on a set fee of XXX $/per treatment. That way, if the employee is slow, you dont pay them by the hour, you pay them by the work they accomplish.... I think this depends on alot of factors. I have heard anywhere from paid on straight commission, to minium wage, to $25.00 + per hour with factors being: location, success of the business, the type of clientle and the class level of the location, etc. |
