How do you overcome a boss that is retaliating against you? |
Ok, so my boss is basically a very intelligent, yet extremely arrogrant control freak. She is miserable in her personal life and takes it out on her team (there's 3 of us). Her method of running a team is to bully her employees and make herself look good. The problem is her boss seems to love her. You don't have to retaliate which will make the matter worst. Just have a private meeting with her and explain your side. Tell what you like about her and what you don't like. Ask her why she is like that to her subordinates even before you posted for a transfer. You should report her. Someone has to listen. quit yesterday after leaving a piece of cheese on the block of his engine and a dead fish in the air intake. dont forget the bananna in his exhaust. BBB = Better Business Bureau. Though you may think that The BBB is for consumers, talk to her boss, or if you don't want to do that then talk to your boss's boss's boss. lol IF that makes sense. If thats too confusing talk to the BBB they may help you. I'm so sorry to hear that your boss is a jerk. |
