How much should I ask for when creating an employee handbook for a small business? |
I work in a small office that I helped raise from the ground up. I am the only person who knows the ins and outs of how to run the office efficiently from top to bottom as well as having ideas for setting standards to make the office a more professional environment. It will also ensure that there is a written explanation for how things are to be done when I leave. between 250 and $500 PER COPY.... I wouldnt settle for a days pay... you have to do research and spend a lot more time than just writing. I am writing a handbook for my business and I expect it will take 5-10 hours of writing time, so I would think a days pay or two would be fine . |
