Give a specific example of how you would use Evaluation by Objectives to conduct a performance appraisal for an employee. well basically what i think it's asking for you to do is come up with a list of things that you would expect from your employee and then grade them on each item. some points for appraisal would be: is prompt and on time, completes assigned work on or before schedule, complies with dress code, etc. and then you could have a like a 1-5 scale for each item, one being the lowest, 5 the highest. the employee would be graded on each section and the accumulated points total would be their performance score. my head hurts. there are like twenty words in that question i dont know. good luck!
