Is it true that postal employees retire in 20 years with benefits?

Is it true that postal employees retire in 20 years with benefits?

They did, but I think there have been changes made in the past several years, Our Post Office seems to have a steady turn over of employees, and generally you don't see that as often when people took Civil Service Tests,
I think its longer than 20 years.
my dad's a mailman.....has been since 1986.
i'm sure they doo postal workers work for the state and i'm sure they make more money than teachers. just like garbage workers that work for the city make more money than teachers.
