A) Its a big Impact , if the employee is not paid well, and equal to the market price he/she will not feel motivated to work,, he will just do the job which is needed to be done no more than this and he will not care about his customers or colleagues he will work like a robot no innovation of any type. Beside he will feel miserably underpaid and depressed.
