What is CTC salary sytem and its benefits to the employee and the employer?

CTC is known as "Cost To Company" that is how much the company will give for a specific post.In other words it is the total gross amount of your salary including all allowences like travelling ,housing etc...Generally this is asked at time of selection procedure of an interview for the negotiation of the salay.

The benifit is ,you can demand as much as you can deserve.
