Do businesses have a duty to provide benefits to employees beyond fair pay and good working conditions?



Do businesses have a duty to provide additional benefits to employees beyond fair pay and good working conditions? Does providing benefits such as child care to some employees discriminate aganist those who do not require such assistance? I'm doing a research paper on this topic and can't find anything- please help!
