What medical benefit programs reduce cost by having employee participation in gym/wellness programs? |
We are looking to add a new benefit program soon, and would like to lower our cost as well as provide an extra benefit for employess (gym membership). I haven't shopped medical benefits before, but would be interested in some advice. Thanks That's largely urban myth. More likely the medical benefit program offers a discount on the gym membership, not the other way around. |
