Please Vote for any of the following for a survey for India for Job/Education Reservations:? |
1) Reservations for financially weaker sections. 2) Reservations on Caste basis 3) Reservations on Religion basis 4) Reservations on Merits 5) Would reservations without merit devide the society and benefit the corrupt parliamentarians? Please give your votes and opinions. The same may be printed in a Print Media i too would like to go with option 1. there is a lot of hidden talent in that section of society. but due to the lack of finances they just go untapped. they are the truly deserving. but then there is also that angle about how do u distinguish that category. if u ask for a letter from some authority, that too can be manipulated. so there first has to be some way of establishing that the candidate truly belongs to a financially weaker section of society. Nice............!!!!!!!..... only 1, perhaps All types of reservations should be completely withdrawn. The only reservations which makes sense is the one for the weaker sections but this doesn't mean it should be there instead the government should help the students with financial problems by making their education(higher education) free so they get an equal opportunity to get themselves selected in colleges but on merit basis. I vote for option 4, though option 1 is considerable. Definitely caste based reservation policies are here to benifit the corrupt paliamentarians only. It serves no other basic purpose. Reservation in higher education can in no way be a sollution for uplifting the condition of the backward castes. It only produces votes n serves the creamy layer of the backward castes who r going to have this privillege generation after generation. NO RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE THERE . we live in a society which is all for free and fair policy in all fields. lets keep it that way. any reservation is a bias on any body who is a non benificiary. in this case its the general class. just open up the educational system dont bound it . |
