How would solve this vicious circle?You are a teen needing to get a job, a car and an education so where?

do you start? You need a job to have money to buy the car. You need a car to get the job. You need the education to get the job, to get the money, to get the car. to get the education. You can't borrow the money or pay any one without a job. But you must have them all some how. You are too far from employment or a place of education and your parents can't pay for a car or the education to get the job to earn the money to buy the car. Got a plan? Got a solution? Got a big enough bottle of headache tablets?

For college, you should be applying for any and all scholarships and awards you are eligible for. Your HS counsellor should have information, or at least, information on where to find more information. You might want to look into student loans. You'll have to pay the loans back eventually, but with a college education you'll be better prepared to.

You could consider taking a job at a college - if you work full time at almost any college, you are eligible to take courses for free (although it will take most likely take longer) but you'll be gaining work experience while you get your degree.

I know kids who worked odd jobs during high school and were able to save up enough to buy a old beater good enough to get them to jobs/college and on to better things. Maybe think about a bicycle to get around until you can save up enough for a car? Maybe get toghether with a friend or two in in similar situation to pool your resources to get a car to share?

There is always the military option - how about the Coast Guard? They don't usually get sent overseas I think. Room/board/education/training would all be taken care of.
