What is the point of education if i can't get a job?

i've applied so many jobs now and I haven't gotten any of them
i did well in interviews but when they ask my reference they needed an educational one
i can show them the credential paper i have but they need a reference, which i don't have because in order to have a educational reference i'm sure i need to do something significant for the teachers or be a straight A students or basically suck up to them
so...there....my question is how do you obtain education reference without doing all these...especially suck up

For starters, if your interviews contain the manner of communication that is in your post it's no wonder they won't hire you! You must maintain you professionalism at all times in all things that you do to hone your communicating skills. You should also do research on the companies you're applying for. This will impress them and you chances are greatly increased for getting the job.

Start Educating others and tell them how to obtain good grades and how to make good relations with the teachers so that the student getting educated by you provides the reference for the job and get the same.Charge your services and earn.Self created job till you get the job you wanted.Best wishes.
