I work in a office right now there are prob about 200 employees there and 70 or more percent are female. If you go to just about any office its that way. Walk into a temp service and more than likely all the employees there are female. And if you work at any factory there are usually a few women but not many. Plus one of my classmates has a Bachelors in Business from a good school and he works in a factory. And guys apply for office jobs all the time and usually do not get them. Many of my friends have applied where I work at but usually do not get the jobs reguardless of education or experience. I just don't think that is right lol. If i were a boss i would try to horde all the pus*y too. But, unfortunately I am not in that position. You are obviously not a woman, haha. Office jobs are not "the best" by any means. Low pay, little recognition, and almost all the job titles end with "clerk". The big salaries in the office usually belong to upper management- and they are MEN. Men like to hire women to fetch their coffee, answer their phone, etc. At least if you are on the factory floor you get credit for how many widgets you produced, maybe get a chance to work 3rd shift for more money, and nobody will ever drag you off your current project and say "honey one of you girls needs to cover for the receptionist today." See, it's all in your perspective. |
