Can I sue for lack of education?

My husband and I got our 2 year degrees from a business college when we were young and nieve. Now we are trting to complete our education and none of our credits transfer so we will have to start all over. We have a combined 26K in student loans from this "faulty education". Any suggestions? We get sick at the fact we have to pay these back. We often get passed over for jobs because of the education we have.

NO, sorry it's up to you to make sure you are going to a reputable school. Financial aid is there for you no matter what school you go to, they pay the school you told them to pay. Anyone can lable themselves a college, truck driving, beauty or any kind of school you can think of. The best thing would be to start over with a school that is actually worth something. When you do get a job, keep it and learn that way when you go back to school you get credit for life experience.

unfortunately you can not sue. Something you must always check when signing up with a school is weather their credits are transferable, and if they are an acredidated college.
Was it from University of Phoenix? I have had the same problem. Try University of Maryland University College. They will accept most transfer credits and their program is actually challenging and well respected. The beauracracy can be a little tedious to deal with but I have been pretty impressed with their program and most of the employers that I've been interviewing with seem to imply that it carries some weight as well.

you can sue for anything now a days now whether or not you win thats a different story
Know the old saying "shoulda, woulda, coulda"? You should have checked to be sure the credits would be transferrable before you went to that particular college. Why not check with the college to see if they have suggestions as to what other facility would accept your credits.
