Why is the obtaining of a degree easier than finding a job using that education?

The market place may not require those particular skills (no demand), or too many people have chosen the same are of study and the market is flooded (the demand is there, but the supply exceeds it).

When you study just to obtain a job, you will face the problem. but if you study to learn but also for a job than you will not find such problem. Secondly we usually cant determine what should we study and what we are suppose to be(profession) It is necessary to select your way than study hard and struggle to get your desired job its difficult but not impossible.
