What MBA course are legal conducted by authorised distance education centre of university like vinayaka?


Distance education centre are running different courses affiliated by various deemed universities in india. Can a student have any latest degree of these distance education gets any govt. job or they are legal degrees or not, can IGNOU (DEC) and UGC and other law permit them to run that courses like distance education course MBA by Vinayaka Mission Deemed University ?
