What Jobs/Career Fields Could Make One Rich (not necessarily wealthy) Someday? |
In other words, what jobs should someone persue or get education for that may pay off enough to say, buy a nice house with a custom kitchen, a luxury car, and kids without being in debt through the nose? Let's just leave fulfillment and passion for ones job out of this equation for now. Remember two things: 1) The richest people have their own businesses, and 2) Not spending money is the same as earning it. People don't get rich by spending their money. I'd say that your best bet is owning a few companies that thrive on themselves, i.e. a mining company, ore processing, and a metals fabrication shop. Something like that, where you can absorb more companies, set your own rates, and scalp money when you need it! Not ethical, (sometimes not even legal) but you didn't want that did you? Pretty much any "professional" career will let you do what you describe. A few suggestions. Doctor Dentist Orthodontist Lawyer Engineer Architect The list goes on and on.... Its not the career the field that makes a person rich, it never has. Even doctors, lawyers, nurses, etc are merely affluent and not rich and they have to work very hard to be affluent. Want to be rich? Get a good innovative idea that people want and sell it. If you're innovative, smart, and strong enough you can become new money. It's difficult to get rich working for others. Find a way to go in business for yourself. |
