Why our Indian education is detached from the job market requirements? |
More than 3 million science, engineering graduates and diploma holders are passing out every year. Unfortunately less than 1% have the "ready for job" training and skills. Most of them get disheartened or pushed in to the "acquire better skills" tread mill for ever and eventually become obsolete for the job market. Why the government is not bothererd about such a massive waste of talent and manpower? That's exactly why I'm going to States this year after my Boards. Indian system is really quite unplanned. Most of the highly educated people tend to go to foreign countries and contribute to their structure. As a result, we lack those talented people who are really interested to make such a change. The politician seems to least interested people who will ever think of such a change on any large scale. So, it is upto we the common men to think and work towards a holistic change. the same way the politicians are detached from you after the elections.......they live for their todays.......not bothered about their or anybody's future.population,politicians are the bane of India incorporated.But,why are satyam,infy,tcs,wipro ..... able to find talent when same skills are accorded to the students? You just have to be the cream...Do not lose heart..there many venues of employment including(SELF)where....you are your own boss. |
