Property Manager exploring alternate lines of work . What types of jobs should I consider in the future? |
I have been a Property Manager for 20 years with no formal education. I am wondering what types of jobs will share similar skills that I should consider? I cannot be an on-site Manager since I am a homeowner now. I've been considering getting a degree but which one would be most desired to further my current expertise? Are there online colleges you'd recommend? I primarily work in an office setting but often go outside the office to inspect homes, show homes and check repairs. I prefer that in/out combo so as to not be stuck in an office/cubicle all day although I may not have that choice priviledge. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, down to the Blue links... http://www.umsl.edu/services/govdocs/ooh... What about real estate? Get your license and you are already ahead of the game with your backround! Good Luck! Come to Toronto. we need good home inspectors. real estate is booming in here |
