Why dont people just get an education and get a better job instead of complaining about how much $$ they make?

Because it's easier to complain than to do something about it.

What if we have a 4 yr college education and a job, and the money we make still sucks?
IT depends you are to be connected to get that dream job, if not then you srtiggle forever.
Yeah, you are right, but it takes time.
because that takes more initiative than most have. They would rather complain than actually do something about their problems.
That would be too simple and they would rather make the rest of their co workers miserable.
Because people want attention even if it is in a negative way... They may also want people to feel sorry for them or be pittyed...They may also bring it up to see how much $ YOU make! :)
because employers find ways to screw you out of the promises they made to convince you to take the job
