Why the Indian education system is not providing any job specific skills?

this is because only education alone provided but, people all practised only when they are appointed in a particular concern

Because thats how it has been for years now. And its gonna take considerable time to make such a vast change. Besides, neither students nor do the parents apparently raise any significant objection regarding the same. So, why should the Education board bother when the people directly affected don't bother much?

I am surprised, actually Indian Education System does provide job specific skills in practically all the fields.

Indian education does provide job specific skills! It is required, though, for the system to also help students with the application of the skills acquired.
