Should there be reservation based on caste for jobs,education and promotion? |
I am in Tamilnadu in India where reservation for education is like Backward castes 50% There already is... it's called Democrap Party Headquarters. They rank you on how far left you are, what kind of nutcake ideas you posess, and how insane your rabid hatred of the land of the free you have ! 50 years ago it was right but not in this era its utter nonsense, It should be based Education and experience. no Sorry some people don't read the entire question. Here in the U.S. we called such programs Affirmative Action. Certain numbers of college seats reserved for minorities, laws banning racial and sex discrimination in the workforce, etc. India will definitely need such programs to include all minorities and historically underprivileged groups in India's prosperous future. If not, India will be battling extremism and high crime rates until they enact such programs. |
