Learning computer skills with brother?

My brother keeps asking me to learn computer skills by having me read computer books with him. He basically wants me to get a computer-related job but it's not what I'd want to be my profession...

He sees me as a lazy guy who doesn't wanna do any work to make a living so he thinks that by getting me interested in a job he feels to be 'easy and high-paying' will make my problems go away.

I'm already well aware of the fact that you have to work to make income but I don't believe that working in something you have no interest in is a good idea, but every time I try to tell him that, he gets pissed off calling me a 'lazy fat fu(k who doesn't wanna work' and continues to think I just expect everything in life to come easy..

What's the best way for me to get my point across to him?

let him read this question. i think you stated yourself very clearly.

You don't loose anything instead gain everything even to support your present job if you learn computer skill. It pleases your brother also. Who knows you may get interested latter and gets a whole new career opportunity altogether.
tell him to read everyhting for you and do the rest yourslef. that way he still thinks of having you around as a good brother.(i think)

Decide for yourself what you really want to do in life. You can find success if you find yourself really enjoying and interested with what you are doing. All the best for your chosen career.
